The roads for Phase 1 of Rio Ancho Ranch will be completely paved by the end of today.  The entrance is also coming along very well with the gates scheduled to be installed in the next couple of weeks.  We also have had our first house sale with one of the builders on a custom house to be built.  Several spec homes should also be started soon!!  So things are coming right on along.  If you haven't seen the project lately, you need to take a drive out...it looks fantastic!!!
